Hi, I'm Jess.

For most of my life I have been building things on the internet.

I specialise in building and optimising products with clear commercial goals. A dicipline most often referred to as "Growth Product Management".

I have always had an equal interest in tech and commerce. A dual focus that has led me down a path of what I would describe as commercial product management. Things like signup, onboarding, customer lifecycle, and partner integrations.

I have done this kind of work successfully at a range of companies and have learned a lot over the years.
